Here’s Crewman First Class Elizabeth Cutler from Star Trek: Enterprise. She’s an entomologist aboard the NX-01, but also is learning to be a medic from Doctor Phlox. She is attracted to Phlox. She would be a great Science-oriented character with a secondary specialty in Medicine.
