Hello fans! Today we have a Mission Brief by fan of the site Dan Diamond, a fun idea written for a crew of Lower Deckers. It was written with the Lower Decks/Picard era in mind (the 2380s) but really works for any era.

Dan started RPGs when he was eight with the red box basic D&D set. As years went by, he gravitated towards GMing science fiction settings. Trek gaming began with FASA, with a few campaigns later using the Lost Unicorn Game’s ICON system, then most recently Star Trek Adventures. Along the way there his interests have also included LARPing and miniature wargaming.

In this mission, “An Ensign’s Cornucopia,” a supply mission to a cosmopolitan spaceport gets a little logistically and morally sticky. Your lower decker characters have a chance to make a difference for the locals but is the risk worth it? It’s a fun idea and Dan has helpfully provided some synopses of how this might play out for characters from Star Trek: Lower Decks as well as shorter snippets starring characters from Enterprise, Deep Space Nine, Voyager, and Picard. Try it out and enjoy!
