I’m back today with another creation by Michael Walton! Like the Hamalki this is a beta canon species but he’s provided a wonderful illustration to bring them to visual life.

The Sulamid are an interesting species, also introduced in The Wounded Sky, and a great example of a non-humanoid lifeform. As a color-changing mass of tentacles, playing a Sulamid is a great opportunity to try something very different and really embrace the IDIC (“Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combinations”) philosophy that underpins Star Trek.
