Ryan Auld is a Canadian 2SLGBTQ+ member who runs a Star Trek Adventures campaign called Forged Hearts with his group, The Fleet Babes. Ryan is a big fan of the stories that take place between episodes, which Star Trek Adventures allows the crew to explore in depth.
Errata: Betazed was invaded by the Dominion in 2374; their starbase and satellites were all destroyed in the invasion. Considering the costs of the war at this point, I find it highly unlikely that Starfleet had the resources (not to mention the risk of having production facilities within reach of the Dominion’s grasp) to build a shipyard/starbase in the Betazed Sector. Also, the production of the Attack Fighter was quite a few years earlier than 2375, according to Memory Alpha they were seen in use in 2370. They were in heavy use during the Dominion War (2373-2375).
