Star Station Echo is not a canon starbase, and is based on the Lotus-class starbase Star Station India. In the Continuing Mission campaign setting, Sargon and Beyond, Star Station Echo is the station closest to the Sargon Region, and can serve as a home port for the players. However, you are free to use the station anywhere you need in your campaign.
