“We’ve talked a few times over on Discord about my current Captain’s Log adventure, and I wanted to share with you an additional species for inclusion on the Species Index on the CM website.

“My current Captain’s Log is entitled “In Search of the Preservers.” It follows the crew of the USS Marshall, a Nimitz-class starship commanded by Captain Michael Edward Sherman in the year 2370, who as a xenoanthropologist has begun a series of second contact missions to three worlds visited by Captain Kirk and the USS Enterprise during their five-year mission that may prove his academy thesis about the Preservers are primarily responsible for for the numerous human colonies scattered throughout the Alpa and Beta quadrants. Captain Sherman and his crew are looking for additional information about the Preservers and clues to where their home world may have been.

“I’ve always enjoyed the TOS episode “Bread and Circuses,” the TNG novel “The Captains’ Honor,” and the idea of a 20th-century Roman Empire, so I wanted to revisit the planet Magna Roma.  It was then that I discovered that no one had yet to add this great species to the Continuing Missions Species List.

“As such, I took matters into my own hands and developed the species breakdown attached for the CM website.

“I know that I will have to revisit this again this fall after the release of 2E, but since I just used it in my Captains’ Log adventure, I wanted to share it with the community.”
