The Secutor is a Disavowed Mogai-class starship. Officially, it doesn’t exist, much less its captain and crew.

A heroic campaign involving the Secutor would use the background below. Throughout Romulan history, there has always been rumors of a renegade starship named the Secutor, the bane of the Tal Shiar and the military (if they even acknowledge the many defeats they have suffered fighting the Secutor). There is always one common denominator: the Secutor crew defies the tyranny of the Romulan Star Empire, even though it is a lost cause. They are a ghost, a hope, a vengeance.

The crew of the Secutor often come from Romulan and Reman rebels, idealists, Unificationists, former Tal Shiar or Romulan military, and the Qowat Milat. Their missions will often be to bring justice where none can be found, to help those in need, and to secretly conspire to undermine the Tal Shiar.

This version of the Secutor is for 2387, the year of the Hobus supernova, but you can change the year (and modify the Refits accordingly). (We will have other versions of the Secutor for other eras as well.)
