Eris was the first Vorta that the Federation ever encountered. She pretended to be a Kurillian when trying to fool Sisko and Quark, and had telekinetic powers not seen in other Vorta during the run of the series. She was found out to be a spy, but she escaped from DS9 and was never seen again.
Eris would be a great villainess in the vein of Weyoun, a recurring Vorta clone for your own Dominion plots. Her telekinesis could make her a greater danger than other Vorta.
