We’re going away from canon sources today to present a ship first referenced in a Continuing Mission article. The U.S.S. Vishpala (NCC-77702) is a New Orleans-class starship, and is under the command of Lakin Viromm, the Reckless Captain. These ship stats will allow you to quickly insert Captain Viromm and his ship into your campaign.
Quantum torpedoes seemed like something a reckless captain might want on his ship, and the mission profile of Tactical Operations seems appropriate too.
