Probability Matrix: Things That Could Go Wrong While Spacewalking

Roll a D20 to determine which spacewalking complication your character encounters in the sci-fi setting!

  1. Micro-Meteoroid Impact: A micro-meteoroid punctures your spacesuit, causing a slow oxygen leak.
  2. Communications Failure: Your communication system malfunctions, leaving you isolated in space.
  3. Tether Snap: Your safety tether snaps, leaving you adrift in space.

  5. Navigation Error: You become disoriented and lose your way back to the spacecraft or station.
  6. Thruster Failure: One of your thrusters malfunctions, making it difficult to control your movement.
