NPC stats for the Suliban Nomad and the Genetically-Enhanced Suliban were previously provided on the Continuing Mission site, but not as playable species. Here is a version for those that wish to try playing one. Though they’ve only been seen on Enterprise, it’s likely that the Suliban were integrated into the Federation by the 23rd century. Genetically enhanced Suliban with Cabal modifications are very unlikely for citizens of the Federation, so it’s highly recommended that any such enhancements be cleared with the GM first (as such characters must have unique reasons to be in Starfleet). It could be that the enhancements are inheritable, so a Suliban with such an origin might retain the powers from his ancestors, but it’s the GM’s call how he or she wishes to incorporate inherited Cabal genetic modifications.
