The third member of the Jack Pack is Patrick. (See Jack for information on the Jack Pack.) The accelerated critical neural pathway formation procedure had made him a genius, but with the mentality of a child. He likes parties and likes things exactly where he expects them. He gets teased by Jack a lot. He is adept at bluffing his way past people, simply by wearing a uniform, acting authoritative, and saying, “That’s a stupid question!”
